We're now entering a new phase: building AI capabilities into the product and telling one, biggerplatform story.
That shift needs someone to own it.
We're hiring a Platform PMM to own the story, ICP, and positioning for the overall TOPdesk product.
As we add AI capabilities and expand from ITSM into broader enterprise service management, our story needs toevolve.
Customers buy an answer to aproblem, and this role exists to build that answer: a positioning framework and ICP definition sharp enough to guide every launch, campaign, and sales conversation for the next chapter of the company.
You'll report to the Director of Product & Customer Marketing and work closely with Product, Sales, and the wider marketing team.
TOPdesk's PMM function is still being built so this is an opportunity to set the standard for what good looks like here and create best practices.
