Position: Commercial Analyst
Reporting to: Commercial Finance Leader
Location Base: Hybrid – 3 days per week Global Touring Office (Chiswick, London), 2 days per week remote (Thurs Fri)
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)
Key Responsibilities
Updating and maintaining a suite of reports to track business KPIs (dashboards, data models, visualisations and analysis).
Provide commentary and key insights into trading and product performance.
Support rollout of AI-driven process improvement.
Work with the Product team to provide visibility and analysis of product margin and associated pricing decisions.
Taking the lead on specific projects and ad hoc analysis under the guidance of the Commercial Finance Leader.
Qualifications and Key Behaviours
Commercially focused with experience of delivering reporting that drives outcomes. Strong financial background essential with 3+ years experience.
Proactive and hands on, with a desire to continuously improve processes, provide great service and deeply understand the problem at hand.
Highly analytical with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience working with large, disconnected data sets and ideally some modelling experience.
Experience using Power BI and developing/maintaining dashboards.
Experience using Claude would be beneficial.
A driven individual who can work independently.
Thrives under pressure and adapts positively to change.
And of course… A passion for all things travel related!
