Position: Commercial Analyst
Reporting to: Commercial Finance Leader
Location Base: Hybrid – 3 days per week Global Touring Office (Chiswick, London), 2 days per week remote (Thurs Fri)
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)
Key Responsibilities
- Updating and maintaining a suite of reports to track business KPIs (dashboards, data models, visualisations and analysis).
- Provide commentary and key insights into trading and product performance.
- Support rollout of AI-driven process improvement.
- Work with the Product team to provide visibility and analysis of product margin and associated pricing decisions.
- Taking the lead on specific projects and ad hoc analysis under the guidance of the Commercial Finance Leader.
Qualifications and Key Behaviours
- Commercially focused with experience of delivering reporting that drives outcomes.
- Strong financial background essential with 3+ years experience.
- Proactive and hands on, with a desire to continuously improve processes, provide great service and deeply understand the problem at hand.
- Highly analytical with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience working with large, disconnected data sets and ideally some modelling experience.
- Experience using Power BI and developing/maintaining dashboards.
- Experience using Claude would be beneficial.
- A driven individual who can work independently.
- Thrives under pressure and adapts positively to change.
