For this role, we are looking for someone centrally located within Scotland's Central Belt (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling area).
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of your region's commercial success.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow market share and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and consultative engagement to negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture long‐term partnerships with clinicians, practice owners, and key decision‐makers.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution‐based presentations that align Topcon's technology with customer needs.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure post‐sale success.
- Stay ahead of market trends, NHS developments, and competitor activity to shape strategic decisions.

- Strong understanding of NHS and private eye care procurement pathways.
- A data‐driven mindset, using CRM insights and KPIs to shape territory planning and performance.
The remuneration package for this role is: OTE £70,000 - £80,000.
