As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead revenue expansion, driving innovation and impact across the optometry and ophthalmology sectors. For this role, we are looking for someone centrally located within Scotland's Central Belt (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling area).
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of your region’s commercial success.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow market share and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and consultative engagement to negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture long‑term partnerships with clinicians, practice owners, and key decision‑makers.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution‑based presentations that align Topcon’s technology with customer needs.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure post‑sale success.

- Strong understanding of NHS and private eye care procurement pathways.
- A data‑driven mindset, using CRM insights and KPIs to shape territory planning and performance.
The Remuneration package for this role is: OTE £70,000 - £80,000
