Job Title: Partnerships Account Executive
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week – Monday to Friday, flexible working hours
Reports to: Partnerships Manager
Location: London office & up to 3 days remote per week
Salary: From £28,900 DOE
Interview process: 2 stages, firstly a telephone interview followed by an in-person final stage interview. Final stages are expected to take place w/c 26 May onwards

About The Team
The UK Partnerships team at TopCashback is the client-facing arm of our business, dedicated to delivering the best cashback deals for our members while generating value for our advertisers.
Role Overview: Partnerships Account Executive
As a Partnerships Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and optimising relationships with our partner brands, affiliate networks, and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design advertising strategies that align with each partner’s vision and objectives
- Work with partners to ensure offering competitive cashback savings for our members
- Utilise data to assess and improve brand performance
- Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns, including booking, setup, performance monitoring, and site placement optimisation
- Create compelling case studies to showcase campaign successes and lessons learned
- Represent the Partnerships Team at meetings and industry events
Requirements
- Enjoys building relationships and maintaining strong client connections through various communication channels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines after training
- Commitment to industry learning and staying updated with trends
- Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; full training provided
No prior knowledge of affiliate marketing is required, although it is advantageous. Please note that attendance at networking events outside of traditional hours (past 5pm) may be required.
