The role
This is a truly exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing money-saving websites. We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Italy team as we aim to grow our Italian operation/website. Although we already have successful affiliate marketing companies in the UK and a number of other countries, the Italian team is effectively run as a small start-up. This means that, although the primary focus is on marketing the website and increasing our member base, the role is varied depending on what is needed each day. Whether that is customer service, partnerships, or marketing, your focus will be on doing what is needed to grow the website and think like it is your own business.
Responsibilities
- Drive Italian membership growth through community engagement, referral marketing initiatives and market-specific activation.
- Plan, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including referrals, paid activity (influencer, PPC, social media etc) and email, optimising performance where required.
- Create, update and manage on-site content, ensuring the tone of voice resonates with the Italian market.
- Deliver good-quality customer service to new members to support engagement and long-term growth.
- Negotiate exclusive brand offers to help secure better cashback rates for members.
- Support wider team objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver shared goals.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of online shopping and money-saving initiatives, particularly in the Italian market.
- Some experience in digital performance marketing. Areas of experience should include some of:
- PPC (Google Ads)
- Social media campaigns (Instagram / Facebook / Twitter)
- App Marketing
- Influencer marketing
- Affiliate marketing
- Partner marketing campaigns
