This is a truly exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing money-saving websites. We're seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Italy team as we aim to grow our Italian operation/website. Although we already have successful affiliate marketing companies in the UK and a number of other countries, the Italian team is effectively run as a small start-up. This means that, although the primary focus is on Marketing the website and increasing our member base, the role is varied depending on what is needed each day. Whether that is customer service, partnerships, or marketing your focus will be on doing what is needed to grow the website and think like it is your own business.
We are looking for someone with good knowledge of the Italian e-commerce market, who will be enthusiastic about building top-notch marketing campaigns. Experience working with different performance marketing channels such as Influencer Marketing, PPC (Google Ads) and an understanding of Affiliate Marketing would be preferable. The ideal candidate will have lived in Italy for a significant amount of time with first-hand experience of shopping online in Italy. They will have a good understanding of how and where Italian customers research, shop, and save online.
Key Responsibilities
- Member growth & engagement – Drive Italian membership growth through community engagement, referral marketing initiatives and market-specific activation.
- Campaign planning & optimisation - Plan, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including referrals, paid activity (influencer, ppc, social media etc) and email, optimising performance where required.
- Localised content & site management – Create, update and manage on-site content, ensuring the tone of voice resonates with the Italian market.
- Customer service & retention - Deliver good-quality customer service to new members to support engagement and long-term growth.
- Commercial development - Negotiate exclusive brand offers to help secure better cashback rates for members.
- Team collaboration & support - Support wider team objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver shared goals.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of online shopping and money-saving initiatives, particularly in the Italian market.
- Some experience in digital performance marketing, including PPC (Google Ads), social media campaigns (Instagram / Facebook / Twitter), influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partner marketing campaigns, and email.
- Analytical and reporting skills – results and fact-driven, with a naturally inquisitive nature and a keen eye for detail.
- Creative nature with the ability to copywrite and produce promotional marketing material tailored to the Italian market.
- A self-starter with the ability to motivate yourself and use your own initiative.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise a workload and work to deadlines.
