Join the TopCare Team. We are currently looking for dedicated Health Care Assistants to support our clients island-wide. TopCare is a leading provider of Home Care services on the Isle of Man. We are looking for team members that are cheerful, compassionate, respectful and have a caring approach, with good communication/interpersonal skills. Applicants should also have a good understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults and the desire to make a positive contribution to the lives of others.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care
- Meal preparation
- Medication management
- Companionship
- Accompanying clients on outings and appointments
We require applicants that have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. Applicants will be required to work variable hours and from locations across the Isle of Man. Successful applicants will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role. We offer a competitive salary, paid mileage, 20 days annual holiday and all Bank Holidays.
