Role Description

This is a full-time role based in our Ipswich office to commercially manage our "special works" packages and will report directly to the managing QS and ultimately the Group Commercial Manager. The candidate will be responsible for cost planning, cost control, and management of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring and reporting on project costs, providing financial advice, and ensuring value for money on all projects. The role also involves collaborating with project teams to manage budgets efficiently and ensuring compliance with contractual and financial regulations. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques
  • Minimum 3 years experience in civil engineering and/or the construction sector
