We're on the lookout for an accomplished and enthusiastic Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team and drive performance in a fast-paced, high-end automotive environment.
As a Sales Manager at Topaz, you will develop and lead a successful, high-performing sales team. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven, responsible for delivering on sales and financial budgets through effective strategic planning. A key part of your role will be to motivate and manage your team to achieve consistent, measurable results.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record in Sales, ideally in the automotive sector
- Is committed to delivering a first-class customer experience
- Can consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Is a natural leader with strong people and motivational skills
- Has a passion for supercars/sportscars, technologies, and services
- Is well-presented, organised, and has strong attention to detail
- Is IT/PC literate to an intermediate level
