About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our growing team, supporting the Commercial Director in driving strategic growth, enhancing customer experience, and elevating operations in the premium automotive sector. This is a national role with presence across: Scotland, Leeds, Midlands, Hatfield, London, Bristol, Southampton, and Northern Ireland. This is a high-impact position for a commercially minded, detail-driven professional with a passion for supercars, luxury vehicles, and high-end service delivery. You'll help shape our commercial direction, strengthen key relationships, and expand our footprint in the premium/exotic car space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing commercial strategies, pricing models, and marketing campaigns
- Support sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing key client accounts
- Oversee operations alongside detailing, installation, and customer service teams to ensure excellence
- Monitor KPIs, track performance, and suggest actions to drive profitability and retention
- Maintain high-touch relationships with luxury car clients and partners
- Collaborate on branding and marketing efforts targeting high-net-worth individuals and exotic car communities
- Assist in vendor/supplier negotiations to uphold quality and cost efficiency
You’ll Need:
- 5+ years in a commercial, sales, or operations role (ideally in automotive or luxury sectors)
- Deep understanding of PPF, coatings, and the premium car ownership experience
- Strong data, reporting, and commercial analysis skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Proficiency in CRM/sales tracking software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
Desirable Attributes:
- Passion for exotic/supercars and luxury vehicles
- Experience in boutique or fast-growing businesses
