Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  1. Flexible Unterstützung auf allen Posten der Küche je nach Bedarf
  2. Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in Vertretung der jeweiligen Chef de Parties
  3. Effiziente Planung und Ausführung des Mise en Place auf verschiedenen Posten
  4. Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln sowie verantwortungsvolle Lagerbewirtschaftung
  5. Einhaltung und Kontrolle der Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
  6. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef und aktive Mitgestaltung der Küchenabläufe
