Main Responsibilities:

  • Model best practice, support staff through challenging situations, act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), and contribute as a member of the Senior Management Team.
  • Significant experience supporting children with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex needs within a solo children's home environment is essential.
