Registered Nurse & Nursing Home Manager – Dorset We are currently recruiting for nursing professionals to join an established nursing home in Dorset. There are currently two permanent opportunities available: 1. Registered Nurse We are looking for a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care within a supportive nursing home environment. Requirements * Registered Nurse / RGN. Ideally 1–2 years’ RGN experience * Nursing home experience required * Strong clinical and communication skills * Compassionate and person-centred approach to care * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Good understanding of safeguarding, medication management and care standards Roles & Responsibilities * Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents * Assess, plan and review residents’ care needs * Administer medication and treatments safely * Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation * Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing and respond appropriately to changes * Work closely with care staff, healthcare professionals and residents’ families * Follow relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Additional Information * 24-bed nursing home * Sponsorship available for the right candidate 2. Nursing Home Manager We are looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and overall operation of the nursing home. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership to the care team while ensuring high standards of resident care, compliance and service delivery.
