Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you'll be responsible for the financial management of multiple residential developments from pre-construction through to final account.
Managing project costs and budgets throughout the build programme.
Procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
Working closely with site teams, technical departments, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Supporting the delivery of high-quality developments on time and within budget.
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within housebuilding or residential construction.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A relevant construction or Quantity Surveying qualification.
