Are you looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Top Tier Recruitment is currently recruiting Gully Operatives / Driver's Mates to join a growing drainage and highways team based in Merrow, Guildford.
Working alongside an experienced HGV Driver, you'll help maintain the local highway drainage network using specialist gully and jetting equipment.
The Role- Assist the HGV Driver with gully emptying and drainage maintenance.
- Operate vacuum hoses and drainage equipment safely.
- Lift and remove drain covers and keep work areas safe.
- Carry out routine cleansing and maintenance of highway gullies.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Physically fit and happy with manual work.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a two-person team.
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HIGH PRESSURE WATER JETS.
- CSCS Card is advantageous but not essential.
- Competitive hourly pay.
