Top Tier Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Night Planner to join a busy transport and logistics operation based in Iver. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with planning or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating drivers, workloads, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating daily transport operations
  • Monitoring driver locations and vehicle movements
  • Managing reactive work requests and schedule changes
  • Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Updating planning systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring service levels and escalating issues where required
  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to customer enquiries
  • Recording delays, downtime, and operational updates
  • Ensuring all planning information is accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a planning, logistics, or transport role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
