Top Tier Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Night Planner to join a busy transport and logistics operation based in Iver. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with planning or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating drivers, workloads, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating daily transport operations
- Monitoring driver locations and vehicle movements
- Managing reactive work requests and schedule changes
- Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Updating planning systems and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring service levels and escalating issues where required
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to customer enquiries
- Recording delays, downtime, and operational updates
- Ensuring all planning information is accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a planning, logistics, or transport role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail
