This is a senior, relationship-led PPM sales role. We are seeking an experienced PPM sales professional with an established M&E maintenance network in the South East area who already operates in the market, builds relationships early, and secures work as contracts naturally come to an end. This is a high-trust, high-accountability role. Performance is measured by outcomes, professionalism, and results.
You will manage your own diary and territory, with the expectation that approximately 4 days per week will be spent meeting clients and developing relationships on-site. One day per week will be spent working from the Chelmsford office.
The Role
- Winning new full M&E PPM contracts (approximately 80% of your time)
- Retaining and growing existing PPM clients (approximately 20%)
- Leveraging your existing relationships with end-user decision-makers
- Meeting clients on site to assess assets, access equipment required and identify compliance gaps.
- Managing the front end of the sale through to contract award
- Providing a thorough handover to the operations team to ensure successful delivery
Leads will come from:
- Your existing M&E PPM relationships
- The current E&S client base
- Inbound enquiries
There is no cold outreach requirement.
What Success Looks Like
This role reflects the reality of M&E PPM contract cycles.

- Generate PPM revenue covering a minimum of five times base salary
- Demonstrate consistent, relationship-led wins across the South East
- Build a high-quality, recurring PPM client base
- Contribute to long-term business profitability
- Benefit from company-wide profit share aligned to performance
This is a long-term sales role, not a short-term transactional position.
