Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Stanford-le-Hope.

What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be required to perform the following as well as support the shift manager.
- Lead & motivate a team of around 7 warehouse operatives to hit targets with both accuracy and speed.
- Oversee all warehouse activities, from receiving & storage to picking, packing & dispatch.
- Keep inventory flawless with WMS & deliver regular performance reports.
- Champion health & safety and compliance to keep the workplace secure.
- Spot opportunities, solve problems, and make processes smoother & smarter.
- Drive team training, briefings, and performance reviews to boost skills & morale.
What We’re Looking For
- A warehouse professional with at least 1-2 years’ experience in either a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leader with excellent communication & team motivation skills.
- WMS knowledge with forklift certification and safe equipment operation.
- Detail-orientated multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Flexible, resilient, and safety-first with the ability to work rotating shifts & possibly overtime.
- A problem solver and proactive doer with a can-do attitude.
