Our client, a distributor is looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join their office in South Woodham Ferrers. They are ideally looking for someone proactive, confident on the phone, and comfortable generating new business opportunities.
To confirm the details of the role:
- Basic Salary: circa £25,500
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Location: Office-based in South Woodham Ferrers
Initially the role will be fully office based whilst the candidate learns the products, systems, and sales process. Once they have passed probation and built up some experience, they will then have the opportunity to visit customers in person and manage accounts externally. There will also be opportunities to either exhibit at or visit industry trade shows in the UK and internationally, depending on experience and the needs of the business.
Our focus for this role is more on junior candidates with the right attitude, drive, and willingness to develop into the role, rather than someone already fully established in sales.
