Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for an Export Airfreight Operator to join their office in Feltham.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage export shipments from booking through to final delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and updates
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and overseas agents
- Ensure all export documentation and invoicing is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Track shipments and proactively provide status updates to clients
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet operational deadlines and service expectations
- Maintain accurate records and support operational reporting requirements
- Manage financial aspects of shipments, ensuring costs, charges, and invoicing are accurate and aligned to maintain profitability
