Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for an Export Airfreight Operator to join their office in Feltham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage export shipments from booking through to final delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and updates
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and overseas agents
  • Ensure all export documentation and invoicing is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Track shipments and proactively provide status updates to clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet operational deadlines and service expectations
  • Maintain accurate records and support operational reporting requirements
  • Manage financial aspects of shipments, ensuring costs, charges, and invoicing are accurate and aligned to maintain profitability
