Our client, a freight forwarder, is looking for a European Road Freight Operator to join their office in Maldon.
- Freight Forwarder (experienced) ideally 2 plus years experience minimum
- Arrange full loads, part loads and groupage shipments
- Liaise with drivers, hauliers, carriers, and warehouses
- Monitor shipments, track deliveries, and resolve delays proactivity
- Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment updates
- Maintain accurate transport and billing records
