  • Freight Forwarder (experienced) ideally 2 plus years experience minimum
  • Arrange full loads, part loads and groupage shipments
  • Liaise with drivers, hauliers, carriers, and warehouses
  • Monitor shipments, track deliveries, and resolve delays proactivity
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment updates
