As a Graphic Designer for our company, you will play a crucial role in visually representing our organisation’s brand identity and creating engaging visual content for a diverse online community. You will collaborate with web developers and the digital marketing team to design materials that enhance the user experience, online presence and engagement of our clients.

Roles And Responsibilities:
  • Designing visually appealing and informative graphics for our business including promotional materials, social media posts, and the company’s website.
  • Ensuring consistent application of the Top Talent Recruitment brand guidelines across all design projects.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong visual identity of our business.
  • Creating multimedia presentations, infographics, and other visual assets to support our business.
  • Collaborating with marketing and communications teams to create materials that attract and engage prospective clients.
  • Enhancing the overall online user experience through thoughtful and user-friendly design.
  • Staying informed about design trends, modern technology, and industry best practices.
  • Adapting designs to numerous platforms and devices to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Managing multiple design projects concurrently and delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
Other Duties:
  • Seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Attending organisational meetings as requested in an official capacity.
  • Any other duties that may be defined as ’a reasonable request’ by the management.
  • Attending statutory training and any other training as directed by management.
  • Maintaining an awareness of graphic designing software, application and developments.
