A leading investment management firm is seeking an Operations Analyst. This team serves as a specialist operations partner across private equity and venture capital strategies, working closely with senior finance leaders, investment professionals, and fund administrators.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team with a leadership team that’ll help grow your knowledge of investment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- This is a hands on role supporting the execution of alternative investment operations
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and third-party providers ensuring high-quality service and timely deliverables
- Contribute to the valuation process, including coordinating deliverables and reviewing internal valuation models
- Help manage annual audits, NAV delivery, financial statement review, and investor reporting processes
- Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows and system processes
- Partner with internal teams on new fund launches and strategic initiatives to ensure efficient setup and scalability
- Respond to investor requests and support due diligence efforts in coordination with client relations
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in PE or VC operations
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
- Familiarity with partnership accounting concepts preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel fluency required
