Top Recruit is partnering with a leading travel and aviation business seeking an experienced Reservations Ticketing Manager to oversee its ticketing operation and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the ticketing department.
- Oversee all ticketing queues, including schedule changes, reissues, web bookings, and general enquiries.
- Ensure tickets and reissues are issued within required deadlines.
- Monitor airline schedule changes and update customers, agents, and systems accordingly.
- Manage TINS reports and system interfacing processes.
- Support operational relationships with GDS providers.
- Load and manage specialist fares across GDS platforms, including NDC, Cruise fares, Corporate fares, IT fares, and One-way fares.
- Manage the ADM and ACM process.
- Coordinate airline training alongside the training team.
- Build strong relationships with e-sales customers.
- Communicate airline disruptions and support contingency planning.
- Participate in an out-of-hours emergency rota.
About You
- Previous ticketing management or senior ticketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing, and worldwide destinations.
- Experience with Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
