They are an independently owned travel management company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, tailored corporate travel solutions. Key Responsibilities for the Business Travel Consultant:
- Manage corporate travel accounts and complex international bookings (air, hotel, rail)
- Handle bookings from enquiry through to ticketing and invoicing
- Provide proactive travel advice and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage fares, ticketing, and refunds accurately
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ business travel experience
- GDS knowledge (Sabre preferred; Amadeus/Galileo also considered)
- Strong fares and ticketing expertise
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
