Key Responsibilities
- Provide out-of-hours support to corporate travel clients
- Manage urgent and complex travel requests, changes, and disruptions
- Handle bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds efficiently

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ business travel experience
- Strong GDS knowledge (Sabre preferred; Amadeus/Galileo considered)
