Top Recruit has partnered with a global leader in business travel that’s experiencing strong growth and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-profile public sector mobilisation programme on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who’s comfortable operating in complex, highly regulated environments and managing multiple workstreams with confidence.

Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll lead and coordinate delivery across several parallel streams, including:

  • Procurement and mobilisation
  • Legal, operations, finance and pricing
  • Suppliers, vendors and supply chain
  • HR, communications/PR and risk

You’ll also work closely with an internal project lead to create a repeatable delivery playbook, helping shape how future programmes are delivered.

What they are looking for:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Project Management / programme delivery
  • Strong background delivering complex projects (public sector or regulated environments highly desirable)
  • Confident stakeholder manager with gravitas and sound judgement
  • Comfortable balancing firm delivery with excellent customer care
  • Highly organised, action-oriented and able to work autonomously

Nice to Have:

  • PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification
  • Experience with procurement, supplier and sub-contractor management

6-month Fixed Term Contract London-based with occasional travel to Bradford Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office) Security Clearance & DBS required (must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years).
