Group Charter Specialist

Top Recruit has partnered with a successful private jet company to find an ambitious Group Charter Specialist, working in the exciting area of entertainment, sport and media. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a dedicated Group Charter Division, backed by an experienced Commercial and Operations team.

Role Overview

  • Act as the Aviation Specialist for HNWI and commercial clients.
  • Generate new sales from existing charters and grow the division.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Recruit and manage additional personnel as the division expands.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Manage high-value client portfolios.
  • Provide tailored solutions and ensure excellent service.
  • Cross-sell services with the Lifestyle department.

Business Development

  • Prospect for new clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Manage group charter requests and achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Group Charter sales.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, results-driven.
  • Experience managing people and recruiting.
