Group Charter Specialist

Top Recruit has partnered with a successful private jet company to find an ambitious Group Charter Specialist, working in the exciting area of entertainment, sport and media. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a dedicated Group Charter Division, backed by an experienced Commercial and Operations team.
Role Overview
- Act as the Aviation Specialist for HNWI and commercial clients.
- Generate new sales from existing charters and grow the division.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients.
- Recruit and manage additional personnel as the division expands.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Manage high-value client portfolios.
- Provide tailored solutions and ensure excellent service.
- Cross-sell services with the Lifestyle department.
Business Development
- Prospect for new clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies.
- Attend trade shows and industry events.
Sales & Negotiation
- Manage group charter requests and achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Group Charter sales.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, results-driven.
- Experience managing people and recruiting.
- CRM proficiency.
