We’re looking for a creative, commercially focused Marketing Manager to join our clients growing business and lead impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

The Role

  • Lead and deliver integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Monitor travel industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity
  • Develop marketing strategies across both leisure and corporate travel sectors
  • Oversee content creation across digital and social platforms
  • Manage email communications and track campaign performance
  • Support presentations, proposals, and business development activity
  • Work closely with sales and operational teams to align marketing with business objectives
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven marketing experience within the travel industry
  • Experience across both leisure and corporate travel markets (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a Marketing Manager role
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe, Canva, CMS, and email platforms
