Location: Hybrid – Sutton, Surrey (office & home-based)
Type: Full-time, permanent
The role:
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you'll ensure holiday inventory, costs, and availability are accurately loaded and maintained. You'll work closely with Product, Yield, Tech, and Finance teams to ensure all products are ready to sell and performing correctly.
Key responsibilities:
Load and maintain tours, flights, and costs in internal systems
Verify tour accuracy across all sales channels
Update pricing, itineraries, and inventory as needed
Liaise with Tech and third-party suppliers on setup and configuration
Investigate and resolve booking and data issues
Support system testing and maintain accurate records
