We’re working with a fantastic Corporate Travel Company who are looking for a dynamic HR Operations Manager (to work from their office in West Yorkshire) to lead the operational HR function across multiple countries in the EU/UK region. With a focus on driving efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement, this role offers the chance to make a real impact within a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, lifecycle processes, and compliance. Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, ensuring best practices are followed. Manage HR systems, records, and reporting, identifying opportunities for process improvement. Lead employee engagement initiatives and drive cultural development across the region. Line-manage the HR Assistant and Facilities Coordinator, ensuring smooth office operations. Support the implementation of global HR projects and sustainability initiatives. What You Bring: Proven experience in HR operations and generalist HR functions. Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices across the EU/UK. Proficiency in HR systems (preferably ADP) and MS Office. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in line management and working in fast-paced environments. CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is a plus. Why Join?
