Top Recruit are recruiting for an experienced Head of Sales to join an extremely successful travel business. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in travel and a passion for driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Drive growth across Business Travel, Marine, Groups, MICE & Leisure sectors
- Coach and develop a high-performing sales team
- Take ownership of key opportunities – prospecting, pitching and closing deals
- Build and improve sales processes, pipeline management and conversion activity
- Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns and lead generation activity
- Monitor CRM performance, reporting and sales KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years in a senior Sales, Commercial or Marketing leadership role
- Previous experience within a Travel Management Company (TMC) or corporate travel environment
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and winning new business
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong CRM, pipeline management and reporting knowledge
- Hands-on approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
