Group Charter Specialist,
working in the exciting area of entertainment, sport and media.
This is a unique opportunity to
build and lead a dedicated Group Charter Division
, backed by an experienced Commercial and Operations team.
Role Overview
Act as the Aviation Specialist for HNWI and commercial clients.
Generate new sales from existing charters and grow the division.
Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients.
Recruit and manage additional personnel as the division expands.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Manage high-value client portfolios.
Provide tailored solutions and ensure excellent service.
Cross-sell services with the Lifestyle department.
Business Development
Prospect for new clients and identify upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies.
Attend trade shows and industry events.
Sales & Negotiation
Manage group charter requests and achieve revenue targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Group Charter sales.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised, self-motivated, results-driven.
Experience managing people and recruiting.
CRM proficiency.
Additional languages advantageous.
