Are you passionate and eager to become an influential member of staff in a supportive primary school? Can you collaborate with teachers and other members of staff to support and help to develop students with a focus on behaviour? Top Marks Education Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor for a position the Rochdale area with immediate effect. This is to work across Key Stage 1 and 2 primarily.

What the successful Behaviour Mentor will have

* An enhanced DBS certificate preferably on the updater service (we can assist with this)

* A genuine passion for supporting children and working in a school setting

* Experience in working with challenging behaviour

* Enthusiasm to motivate children, encourage positive behaviour and build on their success

* Willingness and commitment
