Duties

Experience

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services; or equivalent or preparedness to work towards the same.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuing professional development.
  • Proven experience in managing a team within a nursing home, senior care facility, or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of care home regulations and best practices in child welfare.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and staff.
  • Experience in developing care plans that meet individual needs is essential.
