Top Marks Education Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor for a position in the Rochdale area with immediate effect. This is to work across Key Stage 1 and 2 primarily.
What the successful Behaviour Mentor will have:
- An enhanced DBS certificate preferably on the updater service (we can assist with this)
- A genuine passion for supporting children and working in a school setting
- Experience in working with challenging behaviour
- Enthusiasm to motivate children, encourage positive behaviour and build on their success
