The Role

You’ll lead a Registered EBD home in Leeds, driving high-quality, therapeutic, child-centred care.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Full operational leadership of the home
  • Safeguarding & Ofsted compliance
  • Leading inspections with confidence
  • Managing referrals & multi-agency partnerships
  • Developing impactful, person-centred care plans
  • Building, mentoring and retaining a strong team
  • Quality assurance & continuous improvement
  • Budget oversight with real strategic input

About You

You’re already an experienced Registered Manager (or a strong Deputy ready for progression) who:

  • Holds Level 3 Residential Childcare (Essential)
  • Holds Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)
  • Has 2+ years’ residential experience (within last 5 years)
  • Has at least 1 year in a senior/management role
  • Understands safeguarding and EBD inside out
  • Wants more than just “keeping the home afloat”
