The Role
You’ll lead a Registered EBD home in Leeds, driving high-quality, therapeutic, child-centred care.
Your Responsibilities:
- Full operational leadership of the home
- Safeguarding & Ofsted compliance
- Leading inspections with confidence
- Managing referrals & multi-agency partnerships
- Developing impactful, person-centred care plans
- Building, mentoring and retaining a strong team
- Quality assurance & continuous improvement
- Budget oversight with real strategic input
About You
You’re already an experienced Registered Manager (or a strong Deputy ready for progression) who:
- Holds Level 3 Residential Childcare (Essential)
- Holds Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Has 2+ years’ residential experience (within last 5 years)
- Has at least 1 year in a senior/management role
- Understands safeguarding and EBD inside out
- Wants more than just “keeping the home afloat”
