You, the Registered Manager will lead a brand-new dual children’s residential care home in Darlington, with both homes located conveniently opposite each other. This is a dual Registered Manager position with a starting salary of £56,000 plus performance-related bonuses. Once the second home opens, the salary will increase to £60,000–£67,000, reflecting the expanded responsibility.
