Top Jobs Group is recruiting an experienced and proactive Office & Compliance Manager for a well-established company within the housing maintenance sector. This is a varied and responsible position for an experienced Office Manager who enjoys keeping a busy workplace organised and running effectively. Working closely with the Directors and wider team, you will oversee office administration, compliance, facilities and new-starter onboarding while providing essential support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Directors.
  • Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the office.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including equipment, documentation and system access.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, contractors, suppliers and other external providers.
  • Monitor and maintain company accreditations, certifications and compliance records.
  • Support the business in meeting ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, facilities, supplies and purchasing.
  • Maintain accurate records for company devices, equipment and other business assets.
  • Assist with Health and Safety procedures and workplace compliance.
  • Arrange company travel, accommodation, meetings and events when required.
  • Review administrative procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Support a variety of business projects and respond to changing operational priorities.

  • Able to work independently while remaining a supportive team member.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 would be a definite advantage.
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic and ready to take on new challenges.
