- Shift Pattern
* Rotating schedule
- Week 1: Monday to Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday
- Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Assist the driver with multi-drop home deliveries throughout the day.
- Safely lift, carry, and position furniture and other large items into customers' homes.
- Provide a professional Room of Choice delivery service and remove packaging when requested.
- Help load and unload the vehicle while ensuring products remain secure and undamaged.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
- Assist with proof of delivery paperwork and ensure deliveries are completed accurately.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and support daily vehicle safety checks.
- Work efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining high service standards.
What we're looking for

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good level of physical fitness and confidence with manual handling and heavy lifting.
