Top Jobs Group is seeking a dependable and experienced Van Driver to join a dynamic operations team in Gloucester. As the face of the business, you will be responsible for collections at customers' houses, delivering excellent customer service. The role is working for a busy Transportation and Logistics client specialising in recycling waste. Must be strong as solo heavy lifting is involved in this role.
SALARY
- Rate: £27,000/year
- Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours

DUTIES
- Vehicle Oversight: Ensuring all goods are safely loaded, secured, and distributed.
- Manual Handling: Executing the loading and unloading of the vehicle (requires heavy lifting).
- Operational Admin: Completion of all essential collection and delivery paperwork.
- Customer Relations: Representing the brand professionally at every customer touchpoint.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Previous commercial van driving experience is essential.
- Physicality: High level of physical fitness to manage heavy objects and manual tasks.
- Compliance: Valid driver's license for a minimum of 1 year with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Must be over the age of 25 due to insurance purposes.
