Top Jobs Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading furniture delivery company for an experienced 3.5 Tonne Delivery Driver to join their expanding team in Dartford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused driver looking for a long-term position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

- Supportive team environment The Role As a 3.5 Tonne Furniture Delivery Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering furniture safely to customers' homes, with up to 12 deliveries per day
- Carrying furniture into customers' homes and delivering to their room of choice
- Assembling furniture in customers' homes where required
- Safely loading and unloading the vehicle, including heavy lifting and manual handling
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on schedule
- Completing proof of delivery paperwork accurately
- Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
- Representing the company in a professional and friendly manner
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points
- Previous experience in home delivery, logistics, warehouse or multi-drop driving is desirable
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
