SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Salary: Β£29,000 per annum
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Flexible shifts: 07:45-16:15 or 08:45-17:15)
  • Flexibility: Hybrid working (1 day per week from home) once fully trained

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operations Coordination: Scheduling repairs, services, and maintenance across an extensive property portfolio.
  • Reactive Maintenance: Acting as the first point of contact for urgent issues, providing efficient and prompt solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Onboarding landlords, residents, and housing associations while managing tenant queries and complaints.
  • Financial Administration: Issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, and monitoring cost control to ensure best value.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Reviewing completion certificates, monitoring contractor SLA response times, and producing detailed feedback reports.
  • Helpdesk Oversight: Managing the premises inbox, incoming calls, and general administrative support for the maintenance team.
