We're recruiting on behalf of a growing ERP consultancy that's looking to develop finance professionals into successful ERP Consultants.

Your role is to become a trusted consultant, helping clients get the very best from their finance systems.

  • Office-based learning
  • As your experience grows, you'll begin leading your own implementation projects while continuing to receive support and mentoring.

Career Progression: Progression is based on your ability, performance and eagerness to develop, not simply length of service. As you progress, you'll take ownership of larger implementations, mentor junior consultants and eventually lead consultancy teams.

Hybrid Working: Home working, The Mersea office, £38,000 – £45,000 starting salary (depending on experience), Annual performance bonus, Car allowance of up to £400 per month (depending on travel), Private healthcare, including medical, dental and mental health cover, Employer pension contribution, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Hybrid working, Full ERP training and mentoring, Clear career progression with salaries reaching £90,000, Travel throughout the UK.
