We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our client’s growing, dynamic team. This is a fast-paced, target-driven B2B role, ideal for someone who enjoys both inbound and outbound sales, managing relationships, and uncovering new opportunities within existing and lapsed accounts.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries, processing orders, and supporting the External Sales team. You’ll also make proactive outbound sales calls, develop customer relationships, and ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfilment. This role is perfect for someone commercially minded, organised, and motivated by targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone and email, providing expert advice and quotations
- Make proactive outbound calls to existing, lapsed, and prospective customers
- Process and manage customer orders accurately using CRM and ERP systems
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers and key accounts
- Identify and develop sales opportunities through upselling and cross‑selling
- Support the External Sales team by following up on leads and managing allocated accounts
- Monitor back orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely delivery
