Warehouse Operative – Location Colchester Essex. We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support a busy production and warehouse environment based in Colchester. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced setting, ideal for candidates with previous warehouse experience who are looking for long-term opportunities and progression.
Responsibilities
- Assist within a production environment, supporting daily operations to ensure goods are handled efficiently and safely.
- General warehouse tasks, working as part of a team and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Working Hours
- Shifts will be one of the following:
- 7am to 3.30pm
- 8am to 4.30pm
- 10am to 6pm
Shift times are decided based on client needs, so flexibility is essential.
Pay Rates
- General Warehouse Operative £12.78 per hour
- FLT licence holders £13.12 per hour
All roles offer progression through a structured grading system.
Contract Type
Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate. Immediate start available.
