Business Development Manager – Healthcare Staffing
Salary: £65,000 basic + performance bonus + full benefits package
Location: Remote (UK-wide)
We’re growing our national healthcare staffing division and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our client network across homecare agencies, care homes, nursing homes, and private hospitals throughout the UK.
About the role
You’ll take ownership of developing and managing high-value client relationships, securing preferred supplier agreements, and identifying new opportunities for both temporary and long-term healthcare staffing. You’ll play a central role in shaping our market presence, working closely with the leadership team to deliver revenue growth and ensure operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new care providers including homecare agencies, care homes, and hospitals
- Negotiate and manage service agreements and supply frameworks
- Develop strategic relationships that generate repeat business and long-term contracts
- Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure rapid fulfilment of client bookingsTrack performance metrics and report progress directly to senior management

Ideal background
